Mmmm… I love Hot Broccoli Dip! I made it just last week for lunch. Everyone really enjoyed it! The only thing I did a little different was leaving out the Bell Pepper (didn’t have any) and chopping the Broccoli really fine. It was super yummy!

you want a lighter version? Here is the recipe for a new sauce that is eaten in France, béchamel sauce!

1 / 2 liters of milk
30 g butter
40 g flour

Put the butter in the pan, put it on low heat. Once the butter has melted, pour the flour and stir with a wooden spatula to obtain a homogeneous mixture, continue cooking 5 min. Pour cold milk gradually, whisking quickly to avoid lumps. Add salt and pepper. Cook another 5 minutes !

Just try it ! We made this sauce yesterday and pour it on the brocolis; 10 minutes in the oven and it was perfect…

There are some VERY picky veggie eaters here, and one of my brothers does *not* like broccoli. At all. But I think we’d all like this. :) I’ve been wanting to try it.
