I do love this dish, and I remember Grandma Starr making it when I was younger. It is an all-time favourite!

I would like to give credit to http://pennyraine.com for the idea to put it into the jar. Though we didn’t use her recipe, I sure do love the idea!
It went right along with our change to using canning jars to store our leftovers and food in the fridge!

Love your recipes, Rachel! And I love your blog. You blog the sweetest posts, and it is like a second home!

:)Love you~

I enjoy it too. Grandma told me that she used to make it a lot when you were little. She said that you all loved it.

Yes, of course! Mrs. Raine gets the credit for putting it in the jar. Its really easy to do. :) Yes it did. I saw your post about that, just haven’t gotten to comment on it yet.

Thanks Momma… a second home??? Well… that’s one I’ve never heard before. But people have told me that my blog is homey, pleasant, peaceful, elegant and just a thing they want to come back to. :) Love you.
