I remember about three years ago, Momma making this dish. It is a delicious blend of cucumbers (fresh from the garden are best!) and onions, soaked in vinegar, with some spices. I made this along with our Sunday dinner not too long ago and thought you would like to see how to make it. It is so simple.

Cukes & Onions
2 medium sized cucumbers
3/4 of an onion
4 cloves of garlic
Apple cider vinegar
WaterFirst, you cut the cukes and the onions into desired sizes. Then you fill your jar 1/3 of the way with ACV and then another 1/3 of the way with water. Then in go the cukes and onions… you are done!

That’s it, you’re done. Hope you enjoy it!
