Wow! Thank you for this wonderful write up about so many projects. I’m thrilled you included my door mat. I have never been to many of the blogs listed, so I can’t wait to start poking around.

Thank you :-) I’m glad the persimmon pudding recipe is one you’d like to try. :-) It was a pleasure to watch the colors as we mixed the ingredients (aren’t they so fall like?) and delicious to taste. After posting, a friend arranged to come by today and collect persimmons. She was delightfully surprised by their taste. I wish the same for you :-)

What a great idea to combine the Simple Woman’s Daybook to the carnival. Enjoyed it

Hi Rachel,

I am working on the Fall issue of KOF right now. I’ve been looking for someone to write a poem about fall; so do you think you could do that for me? I will need the fall submissions in the next two weeks.

I’m sorry to say I don’t really need any recipes this issue, but I am planning a Christmas issue. I think both your article ideas sound great: the card, and the edible house! So just let me know.

Thanks for your comments; I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t had time to write letters or comments. But I’ll try to put something in the mail soon. :o)

In His Love,
~Kylie
