What I have been doing in school

Notice: if you do not like reading about what others are doing in school, like me, a twelve year old, are doing in school, do not read this post!

This is what I am doing in school:

I am doing a book that helps me to read and memorize things that I need to learn because I am not good at memorizing long things. I can memorize parts of books and things that I have seen over and over but I cannot memorize things that are long.

The book is called: “Read & Think 5.” I need to get done with this book so that I can move on to the next book. I hope to get done with it so that I can have the ability to memorize things that I need to memorize, like scripture.

I NEED to memorize scripture. We all NEED to memorize it. It’s one of the most important things to memorize in the whole world! You need to have it in your brain so that you can apply it to your choices in life. So that you can stop and think, “Is this right or wrong?” You have to have that knowledge or you won’t know what’s right and what’s wrong. This world is full of trouble but you can make the right choice if you have a biblical base to stand on.

Because if you don’t have a biblical base to stand on, you won’t be firm in what you do. So we all need to have a biblical understanding of what we, as the children of God, need to do.

Anyway as I was saying about my school, I have been getting better at it and though I am only twelve, I can understand a lot of what people older than me say. Now that I have been able to start memorizing things that are important, I have a better understanding of things that scriptural.
