Wow, I can’t believe how many things I have to Praise God about!  I mean when you really think about it, WOW!  I could just about cry…well I am teary-eyed already. God You have blessed my life in so many ways; where and how can I even begin to imagine. This is my first Saturday Psalm & Praise and I wanted it to be a dedication to the Lord for the gift He has given me to sing and praise Him with my voice and to write songs of praise to My God. 

I am sorry my post is a little later in the evening but here at my house it is actually still Saturday; technically .

 I would like to share a song that I wrote last year it speaksof who God is and it asks the question “Who Can Compare to You, Oh God”  The answer is simple There is NO ONE; Nothing compares to You!

Psalm 89:1-18

PRAISE BE TO GOD! We have a God that is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ever ask, think, or even imagine!  WHO CAN COMPARE TO OUR GOD? NO ONE!

When I was 26, so a few years ago (HEHE) I went on a singing tour across the USA and other parts of the world: Malasia, Singapore, Philippines.  It was an amazing ministry time for me and God worked in my life.  I met people that needed God so much (well we all do ) I spent time each day on the tour with my peers trying to minister as God directed.  One of the girls on the tour always joked about herself saying, “Well, it IS all about ME!”  And the trend caught on!  I found myself saying it as well.  Eventhough after I said it I really thought “God, I’m just kidding, You know that!”  None the less I still kept saying it.   Now do I feel like I was in some deep sin of disobedience to God, or was I being disrespectful to God.  I don’t think that it was sin, in itself; but I heard the heart of God …the Holy Spirit was gently nudging me and I didnt’ obey…THAT my friend is when it becomes sin.

The bible says in James 4:17 To him that knoweth to do good, and doing it not to him it is SIN.  SO if we know, or have been convicted, to change and do good; and decide NOT to do good, then it is SIN.

So, in YOUR life Who’s it all about?

After my tour I did stop saying “Well it’s all about ME”  I found this little card at the Christian bookstore that says,  I keep forgetting!  It’s NOT about ME!  It’s about HIM!….I keep that on my fridge as a reminder…NOTE to self….IT’S all about YOU LORD, NOT about ME!

All things were created through Him and for Him.  He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.     Colossians 1:16-17

After reading my sister’s blog yesterday. I have really thought “Who do I think I am”….Sinner saved by Grace!  God is so amazing to give us His grace.

I know I do not want to be a Pharisee!  …Read this scripture God led me to today, and you’ll understand what I mean ~

Matthew 15: 7-14….PLEASE GET OUT YOUR BIBLE AND READ IT….I’m not going to put it here for you….don’t be lazy ….Go get your bible …..If you are reading this and you do not have a bible leave a comment I will add it…:)

This scripture ministered to my heart….God I want my heart to be pure to worship You in Spirit and in Truth.

God is so amazing! 

Even when we fail, fall, mess everything up!  He knows our very name.  I’m so thankful we serve a God that loved His creation so much He sent Jesus for our Salvation.  He didn’t have to send Him…..He loves us! 

Psalm 53

vs 2 God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.

vs 3 Every one of them has turned aside; They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.

Oh God…I pray that when You look down You find us faithful and doing the work You have called us to.  Thank You Lord for giving us today!

This past week Adrian and I were so blessed to have family from a far off land My sister’s whole family including her husband came to visit in New Mexico.  Praise God!  We had such a wonderful time, my only complaint is that it is over For that, I am sad but I have some pictures I will post to show the fun we had.  I hope to get more pics soon since I decided to let my nieces take most of the pics at my house. HINT HINT
